Do
you allow pets in the properties that you manage?
The
decision to allow pets is an Owner/Client decision. If an owner is agreeable
to renting to applicants with pets you will be required to pay an additional
pet deposit and a Pet Agreement will be an addendum to the Lease Agreement.
Under no circumstances will a pet be allowed in a leased home without
prior Owner approval.
